  Fall seems to be coming early this year. So that means winter isn't so far off, either! I called Heatwave to make sure that my furnace is working properly. Lo and behold, it turns out I had a crack in the heat exchange! The tech (Jake) showed me on his inspector cameras where these cracks were, and they had a crew there the next morning to put in our new furnace. Nick was very helpful in the install process and gave me some good advice for self maintenance!! You can tell these guys love what they do, and are happy to help in the community!! Definitely won't be taking their magnet off my fridge anytime soon. Thanks, Heatwave!!

  I called Heatwave because they sent me a flyer for a free furnace inspection. They found out that my furnace was in need of repair, and indeed it was. The heat exchanger (probably not the correct term) had leaks because of bad pressure adjustments from the original install 9 years ago, from the previous owner of my home. Upon examination of the part, there was obviously a problem. Rather than try to sell me a new furnace, they called the manufacturer to replace the part under warranty for half the cost. Heatwave employees are very competent & honest, as is the owner.
