  I hate to leave a negative review but every time I have been to Physicians Immediate Care in Bradley the staff has been rude and stand off-ish. They have yet to get a prescription called in to the right place or on the day of the visit. This has left me sick with no medicine, multiple phone calls between them and various pharmacies, and several days before getting my medicine. When calling about prescriptions the staff seems frustrated, annoyed, off-put, and less than happy to have to help. They seem annoyed when you call and hang up before you're done talking without so much as a goodbye. They may be the covered office for my insurance but nothing makes me want to return.
